limited editions
every design is released as a strictly limited edition. the number of units is fixed at release and never repeated, and it’s shown on each product page so you always know how rare a piece is.
creating an account
go to sign up, enter your email, choose a username, set a password, and accept the terms. we’ll email a 6-digit code to verify your identity. you can add a phone number if you’d like drop alerts by text — that part’s optional. you’ll need an account to buy pieces or transfer ownership.
buying a piece
browse shop to see everything available right now, add a unit to your cart, and check out. no waitlist, no queue, no time slot — if it’s in the shop, you can buy it.
once you start checkout your unit is held for 15 minutes while you pay, so nobody else can take it mid-payment. if you don’t finish, it goes back on sale automatically.
upcoming pieces
pieces not yet released sit on the upcoming page with a countdown to release. add one to your wishlist and we’ll email you the moment it drops — and text you as well, if you’ve added a number and opted in. you can like and comment on upcoming pieces too; that same thread stays with the piece for life, even after it sells out.
collections
archive is the full record — every piece we’ve released, newest first, whether it’s still available, sold out, or archived.
sold out pieces
editions are capped, so once a piece is gone it’s gone. that said, on request we can try to source out-of-stock pieces. email info@clearancestore.cc and we’ll see what we can find — no promises, and anything sourced this way depends on the current owner agreeing to sell.
mystery boxes
boxes hold limited editions only, with the odds for every item published on the box page. buy one and it lands sealed in your inventory.
open it whenever you like — the roll is decided at that moment, not at purchase, so an unopened box doesn’t hold back anyone else’s stock. when a limited design runs out it drops out of the box and its odds are shared across the rest, so the published numbers always add up.
sealed boxes are refundable while unopened and can’t be transferred. the piece you win is yours to keep, transfer or resell like any other. 18+ only.
made to order
we don’t hold stock. every piece is made by hand once ordered, so allow up to 3 weeks. you’ll get an email with tracking when it ships.
checkout & payment
payment is handled entirely by Stripe — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. card details never touch our site. once payment clears, the piece is registered to you and you’ll get a confirmation, with tracking and shipping details to follow by email.
receiving your piece
your piece ships with an NFC authenticity card. tap it with any phone to open its public authenticity page — proof it’s genuine, with no owner details shown. a separate registry-update code lets you verify or transfer ownership off-platform.
transferring a piece
go to account → transfer. confirm the piece, enter the recipient’s username, acknowledge the warning (transfers can’t be undone), then confirm with your password. we email you a one-time transfer code — share it with the recipient. they enter it at account → receive and the piece moves to their inventory. you can optionally log the sale price; it feeds the public resale market.
the market
market shows live resale prices for every piece, built from logged sale prices on each transfer. tap any piece for its full candlestick price chart, all-time high/low, like & dislike, and a comment thread. price history is tied to the piece — never to any owner.
leaderboard
leaderboard ranks members by pieces currently owned. tap a username to see their collection with photos. all-time history is also shown. only usernames appear — no emails or real names.
custom orders
want something bespoke? email info@clearancestore.cc to enquire about a custom piece — include a brief description and your preferred contact method (WhatsApp or FaceTime). We'll WhatsApp or FaceTime, leave your contact and a brief design description, and we’ll confirm a video call with the studio.
your data
we collect only what the service needs. shipping addresses are deleted within 15 days of dispatch. you can request complete erasure of all your data at any time — see the full terms & data page.
